A dramatised tour through the history of the lagoons and the Torrevieja salt flats. "The Salty Story of the Lagoons" will take place on Sunday, 27 September 2026, from 10:00 to 12:00. The route takes you on a journey through time to meet key historical figures associated with the salt flats. Through theatrical performances, participants will discover the events and characters connected to this natural landscape and Torrevieja's salt-harvesting tradition. The activity will be held in the Lagunas de La Mata y Torrevieja Natural Park, in the area adjacent to the cemetery. Places are limited and prior registration is required.
