The Torrevieja Symphony Orchestra organizes the 6th "Música en el Parque" series, an open-air classical music event performed by its chamber ensembles in natural settings across the city. The series will take place between August and September, featuring four free concerts in different city parks. Torrevieja fills with music once again this summer with concerts designed to be enjoyed outdoors, with family or friends. The performances will feature a varied repertoire of classical and chamber music, with works by composers such as Mozart, Dvořák, Piazzolla, Bizet, Rossini, Debussy, Gershwin, Falla, and Sarasate, performed by various ensembles from the Torrevieja Symphony Orchestra. The 2026 programme includes: Piano and Violin – Saturday, August 1 at 20:00, Teatrino del Parque de La Siesta; Wind Quintet – Saturday, August 22 at 20:00, Parque Reina de la Sal (Los Balcones); String Quartet – Sunday, September 6 at 20:00, Jardines del Auditorio Internacional de Torrevieja; Chamber Ensemble – Friday, September 25 at 18:30, Parque Eduardo Gil Rebollo (La Mata). Free admission until full capacity is reached.
