Without an account
The calendar can be viewed without leaving anything behind. If you pick a place and a radius, that choice stays in your own session so you do not have to enter it again every time. There is no advertising or tracking code on the site.
With an account
If you create an account, we keep your username, your email address, the place and radius you chose, your language and how often you want mail. Nothing more.
Your email address is used only to send you the calendar. It does not appear on the site and does not go to anyone else.
You only get email if you ask for it
After you create an account we send one message to confirm your address. If you do not click that link, you will not hear from us again. At the bottom of every message there is an unsubscribe link that works without signing in.
Submitting an event
If you submit an event, we keep what you entered in the form. If you fill in a name or email address, that is only so we can contact you about that submission; those details do not appear on the site.
What we do not do
We do not sell anything on, we place no tracking cookies and we do not combine your details with other sources. The site sets only the cookies needed to sign you in and to protect the forms.
For how long
Your account stays until you have it removed. Past events remain in the calendar as history, but they carry no personal details.
Seeing or deleting your details
Under your preferences you can see everything we keep about you and change it. If you want your account gone entirely, send a message to the address below and we will remove it.
