DESCRIPTION:The patron saint festivities of La Mata will take place from 12
  September to 7 October\, featuring a pilgrimage\, children's activities\,
  a mini San Fermín bull run\, a paella contest\, street parties\, a multi
 coloured parade\, religious events\, and activities for the whole family. 
 Highlights include the pilgrimage to Parque Eduardo Gil Rebollo\, the chil
 dren's San Fermín\, the paella competition\, the flower offering\, the De
 sfile Multicolor\, open-air dances\, High Mass\, and the procession of the
  Virgen del Rosario. The Fiestas Patronales combine tradition\, religious 
 services\, music\, food\, children's entertainment\, and community gatheri
 ngs. Festivities Programme: Saturday 12 September 12:00: “Surriagaso”\
 , the official kick-off to the festivities. Brass band (charanga)\, DJ\, w
 ater party\, and entertainment. Sunday 13 September 09:30: Departure of th
 e pilgrimage from the parish church. 11:00: Open-air Mass in Parque Eduard
 o Gil Rebollo. 17:00: Return of the pilgrimage to the parish church. Frida
 y 18 September 21:00: “Nuestros Jóvenes Mayores” social evening. Satu
 rday 19 September 11:30: Children's San Fermín running of the bulls\, sta
 rting from Plaza de Gaspar Perelló through local streets.
